I used a mix with both cauliflower and broccoli. I also added some bacon bits since I had them, and that made it excellent. The topping was great.. It was really delicious.

I loved this recipe. Nice and cheesy with a nice touch of heat. I did take liberty with this though and instead of microwaving the cauliflower I thawed it under running hot water. I put all ingrediants in a casserole dish & baked until bubbly, then added the topping and baked again till golden brown. This was really good with inch thick pork chops I'd broiled. Yummy I'll make this again!

This recipe was super simple and tasted great. Make sure you start with frozen cauliflower. I cooked some fresh cauliflower the night before and then used it the next day in the recipe and it was too watery. I am going to try the same recipe with broccoli. (I think my three year old prefers the green.

This recipe is as easy as can be. And gives wonderful flavor with it. My husband just adored this one.

The cauliflower was overcooked and mushy and the cheese sauce barely tasted like cheese. This is another recipe i won't try again.

Plus it had a weird shiny look to it -- like plastic food.

The canned soup, tons of cheese and salt really cancel out any nutrients that may have been in that frozen bag of cauli -- not that frozen vegetables are all that great anyway. This was disgusting and not real cooking. Lay off the sauce S.L.
