Delicious! I added in some sour cream to the mixture and they tasted like twice baked potatoes.

I was nervous in reading the reviews...but mine weren't even close to greasy. I fried the bacon and layed it on a paper towel for a while to drain off. THEY WERE GREAT!!! I think I might mix the cheese in next time but still a great and tasty treat!!

My eleven year old son made this quick and easy dish for dinner. We loved it! It was enough to feed us for two days. I thought I the potatoes would be dry, but the cheese and bacon really was enough. Along with the chicken tenders we were eating in thirty minutes. A family favorite.

They were easy to make, and the family loved them. I served them at a birthday party & doubled the recipe and had NO leftovers! I will definitely make the again.

I made it the traditional bengali way with sauteed lamb, coconut and curry powder in a slow cooker. the kids loved it.

I gave it a little more 'oomph' by a pound of pre-cooked breakfast sausage and drizzling clarified butter over the top just before serving. Even so they thought it was just 'ok' but nothing special.

My little ones did not like this one bit and neither did my husband who will eat just about anything so I doctored it up a bit with an italian dressing packet (did I tell you I am Italian? LOL and a can of cream of potato soup. They still didn't like it too much so I will keep experimenting. Thanks so much anyway for trying.
