    These were just plain awesome. We used colby cheese and ready-made bacon crumbles from Costco, super easy. As for healthy... who cares!

    So easy and so good. Freezing veggies actually retains the nutrients better than canning I think, so it was healthful too! Fiber, calcium and stuff. My kids loved it : I was able to make this before we went to the 9:00 service. Even Sundays are busy. Hail to the frozen potato. LOL

    for those of us who have a life (other than bashing tv personalities this is wonderful.after working all day, it's quick and easy. it only takes minutes, and it's just as good as you'd get in a restaraunt/bar. we made it two nites ago, and we're having it again tonite!!! goes great with beer.
