    I really liked this dish i used green beans instead of artichokes the berry sauce was good but wish i could of made a Lil bit more the beta i had didn't make enough sauce

    I really like this recipe. My family did too. My only complaint is that frozen blackberries are expensive and didn't render as much juice as I w/h liked. I wonder if adding some fruit juice wouldn't extend it, b/c I really like sweeping my chicken in the syrup :. I also used can artichokes b/c I couldn't find frozen and that worked out well, after patting dry.

    First let me say, I chose to use the duck. Just wanted too. With that said, I am a new fan. Love the show's. Keep'em coming.

    We thought this was a great dish. I altered it to use what I had on hand. Changes were: I had turkey cutlets instead of chicken. I had a bag of frozen mixed berries not just blackberries. I saved the rest of the sauce to use later this week on salmon. I think that will be wonderful also. Go ahead...try it.
