A lot more filling than you would think. I made a stuffed pizza for dinner, but this salad was enough to stand on its own. Great recipe.

This recipe has been around for a very long time. My son who is now 19yrs., was addicted to this pizza, from the very first time he tried it. For most of his life, I was challanged by him, and quite stressed because I simply could not get him to eat anything!!! I cried to his doctor many, many times. Anyway, he craves this pizza, and is simply overjoyed every single time I present it to him - SO THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH SANDRA LEE!!!!!!

I made this for my Semi-Edible blog http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/ and it was the first good thing I have made since we started the blog! I sliced the pizza first and then added the salad on top each serving. It was a little difficult to eat, perhaps the lettuce should be finely shredded, and the croutons are pointless if you get the crust crispy enough. I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe and it is something super simple to make for a single summer meal using the small bobolis.

I prepared this for my husband as a Middle of the week Dinner Surprise...I cut my chicken into cubes rather than leaving them in whole pieces...Great meal and if I can do it anyone can make it...

I love Ceasar salad....and this was a great new way to enjoy it. I thought it was very easy to make. We used a whole wheat thing crust and it was delicious! I used a little more dressing with the lettuce topping to make it stick a little more. Definitely made it a bit easier to eat. Thanks Sandra!

We love this recipe! It's the easiest way to get salad and pizza into a finicky boyfriend! Try it, you WILL love it! I've passed the recipe on to everyone I know!
