We absolutely loved had to change some ingredients as i was out of it or couldn't find it at the grocery. I used plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo used dried dill instead of fennel used dry parsley instead of fresh no lettuce used arugula and last used Cuban bread it was fabulous

Made these for a tail-gate picnic before the Brad Paisley concert and they were the perfect sandwich! The flavor of the herb mayo and the great bread were awesome. I only changed one thing. I used chicken breast fillets and seasoned them with olive oil and cajun seasoning and grilled them at home, let them cool, then followed the recipe. Loved them!

The herb mayo is perfect for summer! I plan to try it on salmon as well. We used whole wheat buns instead of the ciabatta and it still tasted great.

This turned out really great! When I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, I also sprinkled it with dried basil. Also, after I made the spread, it tasted a little "mayo-ish" for my hubby that hates mayo, so I added a squirt (maybe a tablespoon? of Dijon Mustard as well. I had guests over for dinner and we all agreed that bacon would be a spectacular addition! We also agreed that it's a pretty messy sandwich, so maybe next time I'll use a french bread or something that I don't cut all the way through so as to leave a pocket to catch the fillings! Overall a big hit!

This was easy and delicious. The Mayo mixture was very taste!! My 10 year son made this by himself. Did not have any fennel. We will make this again.
