I tried this last night. We thought the ranch dressing mix and the buttermilk gave the steak a sour, unpleasant taste. I will not use it again.

This was so easy to make and tasted like I cooked it all day. The buttermilk really gives it a good flavor. Mashed potatos are a must! Even better warmed up the next day.
