I haven't made the Chicken satay yet but I did fix the grilled vegetable couscous and it was very good. My husband loved it so much he said he could make a meal of just it.

I love this marinade! I don't cut the pieces for satay, I just use it with boneless chicken thighs that I marinate overnight and grill. I agree the peanut sauce is a little too-peanuty, but if you add enough hot sauce, then it balances out. Everyone I serve this to thinks it's so different and yummy.

The whole family, including my finicky 3 year-old LOVED this chicken! Will definitely make it again with some minor tweaks to the sauce and the cous cous .

The chicken was great. The dipping sauces wasn't really needed, the chicken is fine by itself. The Couscous was gross, flavorless, and just terrible. If I ever make couscous again, some stock should be used versus water and it needs a ton of flavor in it. Make sure to make the yogurt sauce, the chicken wraps (made from the left overs is yummy!!!

I made a different couscous recipe and marinated the chicken for about 5-6 hours. I found that the chicken tasted way too much like orange, and I would probably cut back by at least half the zest. The dipping sauce was okay but it really lacked a peanut taste and was too watery. I would put more of the sauce as a marinade and maybe add more peanut butter to make it thicker. Something I would probably make again with adjustments.

The chicken with marinade was good, but the peanut butter totally over powered the flavor of the dipping sauce. If I make this again, I will use either way less peanut butter or none at all. The couscous definitely needs *something* to give it more flavor. If I make this again, I might try it with a pre-seasoned couscous mix.

The chicken soaked in the marinade overnight was pretty good, but I didn't care for the sauce. When I put the two together, the flavors just did not work for me. I found the couscous to be yummy but it needed a little more flavor. I would definitely add something to it the next time I make it. However, I will not be making the chicken. While the chicken was tasty without the sauce, it wasn't worth the effort.

Watched this episode today and definately had to try the recipes. The chicken was very good with the marinade although I felt the dipping sauce tasted to much like peanut butter. The couscous and grilled veggies were very good. I drizzled with some olive oil and squeezed in some lemon juice and added fresh parsley. It was very good served at room temp. The grilled fruit and dipping sauce were excellent. I have a college age son and he really enjoyed the meal.
