I am not a chicken lover but my husband is, so I made this dish for dinner and it was not good.....it was FANTASTIC. The only thing I did different, was I made the sauce a little thicker by mixing extra chicken broth and flour and adding it to the pan once all the other ingredients were already in the pan.

Sandra Lee is one of my favorite cooks.....her meals are easy, tasteful and budget friently. I would recommend this to recipe to everyone. It was so good I would make it for company.

This recipe is so easy my eleven year old made it all by her self for the whole family! It tasted soooo good and she barely ever cooks! Out-stading!

As I do with all recipies, I slightly changed it. I added a couple TBS of white wine and I made the sauce a little bit thicker by adding some flour to the sauce at the end. It was delicious; lemon and basil go so well together. No need to buy the whole chicken though. I always have boneless, skinless breasts on hand!!

This was supper easy, and awesome. My husband is a chef so when ever I cook he always has something to say. He and our daughter gave a A+ on this meal. I did everything on the episode. The chicken, rissotto, and tiramisu. I cant wait to make the rissotto cakes tomorrow.

The kids even liked this one!
Deboning the chicken breast was the easiest thing...I will not be buying boneless chicken again!
I served the Chicken Scaloppine with Toasted Pine Nut Couscous! Great combination - the sauce was so good, we poured it all over the couscous!

I WAS SEARCHING FOR A QUICK AND EASY RECIPE FOR A LATE SUNDAY NITE DINNER AND I LIKE SANDRA LEE'S RECIPES AS I USUALLY HAVE THE INGREDIENTS SHE USES ON HAND. I HAD EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE CHICKEN.I PURCHASED BONELESS CHICKEN CUTLETS AND USED THEM. THE SCALLOPINE WAS READY IN A HALF HOUR AND I SERVED IT WITH A FRESH TOSSED SALAD AND PENNE PASTA WITH ALFREDO SAUCE AND VEGETABLES. MY FAMILY LOVED IT AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW QUICK AND EASY THE CHICKEN WAS TO MAKE!

I loved this dish! I made it with boneless skinless chicken breast instead of the whole chicken. The chicken was crunchy outside but moist inside. It seemed a little complicated to me but I will definately make it again. I also made the garlic mushroom risotto, which I loved, but my husband didn't. He doesn't like mushrooms, next time I will probably serve it with pasta.

This was an easy dish to prepare and cook - no way you can mess it up! I use it all the time for my kiddos and husband and they always eat it up!

I love this recipe. I made this and the rissoto in the morning before work. I thought it waould take a while but it was so quick and easy I have lots of time. I think this would be a great dish for a busy mom. I used boneless skinless chicken thys instead of breasts because they are flat without pounding them. I sure wish i had these recipies when my kids were still home.
