Easy to put together and incredibly delicious...leftovers were even better! I made it with the roasted garlic and mushroom risotto and the sauce from the chicken was great with that as well.

As your Food Network Co-Star, Rachel Ray, would say..."DELISH!!!!" I have always enjoyed your shows. Love your Decorating and cooking tips in Semi-Homemade. You are a VERY, VERY creative woman and I absolutely LOVE your ideas. But, I think Money Saving Meals may be my FAV show probably cuz of this economy. But, whatever reason, Just keep doing the WONDERFUL job that you do. This dish....CKN Scaloppine was very easy to make with Great results. Didn't spend a lot of time in preparing, but really BIG on Flavor. Thank U again. Can't wait to try to Risotto from this episode. Have a BLESSED Day!

What an excellent recipe! This is my favorite Food Network recipe so far. It was simple, cheap and delicious. I baked the chicken in it's sauce at 350 for 20 minutes afterward (I was roasting garlic for her partnering risotto recipe and needed to keep chicken warm for my boyfriend who was coming home late. It was tender, juicy and full of flavor. Tasted like something I'd have in an Italian restaurant. This one's a keeper and I think I'll continue to use it forever.

This was so quick, so easy, so juicy, and so tasty. I used Italian seasoning like the other reviewer. My husband gave me a high-five at the table.

This was an instant fav for my kids! From the fun in smashing the chicken breasts to the smells that came from the pan as it cooked, they loved it instantly! This will be added to my quick recipe ideas for that in a minute meals that every working mom needs.

I made the chicken using boneless, skinless breasts. Came out delicious! I also made the garlic mushroom risotto as well and it was perfect! I didn't change a thing. Great dinner! Thanks Sandra!

This was a very good, quick recipe. I already had thin-sliced chicken breast in the freezer which worked out wonderful. The sauce was also very good
