Followed it exactly and it was super. I was actually a little surprised because I didn't think it looked that good, but it tastes great.

I goofed too. I guess it pays to read! I combined the crumbs and flour by mistake. Added more seasonings. Dipped in the crumb mix then eggs then back in crumbs and then let it rest for about 30 min. while I prepared the remaining. I must have not let the broth reduce enough. The sauce was runny, but tasty. We ate it and my husband liked it.

I made a huge mess, but it was worth it. Very good and easy. My sour cream had expired two months ago, so I used cream cheese instead, and boy was it delicious!

I cooked this for my husband last night and we absolutely LOVED it! It was quite easy to make and tastes every bit as delicious as schnitzel ordered from a restaurant. The mushroom sauce was the best part! My husband gave it a 10/10 and already wants to know when I plan to make it again!

This recipe is pretty easy and tastes great! There are very little seasonings listed and I love a lot of flavor, so I added salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder and cayenne pepper to the flour, bread crumbs and chicken before cooking. I also substituted Panko for regular bread crumbs (gives it a crispier texture and beef stock for the chicken stock. The dish was delicious!! Definitely a keeper! =
