This recipe is definitely a keeper. I made these tasty little sandwiches for dinner one night and the kids and I loved them so much they asked me to make them again the next night, and the slaw is amazing it really goes well with the spicy mayo. Another great recipe from Sandra. Thanks

I made these one day and invited friends over to try them with us and everybody loved them! They truned out perfict. I think the slaw really gave it a cool taste aganst the spicyness of the mayo sauce. The chicken was also so tender and delisices i would recommend this to anybody. One other thing i try with this was some small potatoes covered with vegtable oil, rosemarry, and salt, and filled with sour cream, bacon, and chives. This is another recipe from Sandra which i really enjoyed. I loved this dish!!

Made these tonight and they were a hit! This recipe definitely goes into my cookbook of staples. I did make some changes - doubled the amount of vinegar and sugar for the cabbage mix...as the recipe is written there just isn't enough of the vinagrette to get that flavour on half a head of cabbage. Also, I used Frank's Buffalo Wing hot sauce in place of the tabasco sauce Sandra used on the show. As others have done, I served mine with Hawaiian rolls. VERY GOOD!!

My family loved this and I made it even easier :-
I bought a rotiserri chicken from Sam's and shredded it instead of cooking the thighs. I substituted chili sauce for hot sauce because I was out. I mixed the cabbage early in the day, shredded the chicken, whipped up the sauce and put it all on Hawaiian dinner rolls. Easy and Yummy!

Made these for a Pool Party and they were a HIT for everyone including the kids. This is my new go to party item. I doubled the recipe and used the Hawaiian Sweet rolls and man did it go far, 64 rolls and a very happy crowd.
