These looked good when Sandra made them on tv so I decided to try them. I wasn't sure about the spicy mustard and hot sauce. It actually turned out really good!! My kids loved it too. If others cooked this and it was to dry, it was probably up to high. Cook it on low and it's very moist.

I have tried a few of Sandra's recipes and wasn't all that impressed but this one really is good. It wasn't dry at all since I mixed the mayo mix all together and it stayed really moist. Thanks Sandra for this, I lke that there's something else to do with hum-drum chicken all the time, LOL. Keep them coming!

We made this for dinner last night, having to remember the ingredients from the show on Sunday, but we were pretty close! The only thing we changed is that we used white wine instead of water in the chicken and I think it gave it a much deeper flavor. It is definitely a keeper -- I even had a half sandwich (on a regular hamburger bun for breakfast today! YUMMY!

The chicken was very bland and boring. Plus it was very, very dry.
The sauce enlivened it some, but not enough to make this recipe again.

We made these last night with the potatoes and it was a big hit!!! The potatoes turned out great as well! This is a recipe we'll serve for a long time to come! Thanks Sandra!
