I like this. I will not do the pizza crust next time. Instead I will toast those pita sandwich pockets and use those to put the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and sauce. I thought the marinade for the chicken was yummy. I only put a little bit of shiracha in the sauce. In all this is pretty good. You could add some feta to the pita pockets and I think that would be good also. It was nice and fresh and I felt all healthy and stuff eating it. Thanks Sandra Lee.

I didn't see the whole show, so had to figure out myself some of the techniques. My husband and I both loved this. I used 1.3 lb boneless skinless chicken breast as I wasn't sure how much weight the bone added. Also reduced hot sauce to 1 tsp and it had just a nice bite to it. Also used Greek yogurt and only 5.3 oz. of it. The sauce was still plentiful and a bit thin. Did Sandra blot the cukes online? Also added garlic to the sauce. I wasn't sure what a 1 lb bag of pizza crust was, but I used the pizza crust in a can and grilled it in an ordinary non-stick pan after putting some olive oil on the crust. Super delicious!

Like others, the tzatziki needs a clove or two of garlic! Two and a half pounds of chicken is more than enough for 4 servings, we found and I had an ample amount leftover for the flatbread recipe. You'll need to roll the pizza dough very thin to make a good flatbread. We have good flatbread here in Syracuse, so I wouldn't bother making them again. I think I will try this with lamb next time, maybe that will take me back to my college days in Greece!

Made this last night for my family and they really liked it. I went ahead and cut up the chicken and let it marinate overnight. I didn?t follow the directions exactly for the marinade and substituted rosemary and thyme for dill but it tasted just great. For the tzatziki sauce I went with the more traditional recipe and used Greek yogurt along with regular plain yogurt and added three gloves of garlic. Just can?t have tzatziki sauce without garlic. I think I had just a bit too much cucumber but letting it sit overnight in the fridge really brought out the garlic flavor. This was a quick and tasteful meal for our work out nights where we don?t have a lot of time and don?t want to eat anything heavy; will defiantly make this many more times.

This was one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had! I followed the recipe except for two things: I reduced the hot sauce to 1 tsp and I added garlic to the tzatziki. My husband, who doesn't usually like to try new things, said it was very good. I'm looking forward to leftovers tomorrow. This one is a solid hit!

This meal was so fast and easy, but was a big hit on the dinner table. Highly recommend it and am planning to make this many, many times in the future.

I have had greek food only a handful of times in my life and not been thrilled with the flavor pallette, but when I saw Sandra making this on TV today, I HAD to try it. It was easy to prep in advance, super-easy to cook (one pan! and DELICIOUS!
I have never had Tzatziki Sauce before, so I am not really sure how strong the flavors should be. I actually made this recipe exactly as shown *except* that I used 12 oz of plain non-fat yogurt (instead of the 8 oz in the recipe. I love spicy, but still, the hot sauce seemed a little too much for this - even with 12 oz. Even still, I thought it was delicious.
The chicken and marinade were so fresh and healthy, I felt like I was doing my body good eating it. As a side note: I'm also a gastric bypass post-op who's lost almost 170 lbs. My diet needs to be high-protein, and this chicken will be a staple in my recipe box - so, so good! I also loved that it was really easy to prepare in a zip lock bag - no mess. I let is marinate for about 1 hr before I cooked it.
The pita on the grill - super fast and easy to cook and for $1.19, I got enough dough to make four very large servings. My financee and I will be having leftovers tomorrow. Very fresh, very healthy, very wallet-conscious recipe!
I'll be posting this recipe on my websites too - hopefully it will get more great reviews!
Cheers,
Taunia
