This recipe was delicious! I didn't make the ginger rice, but the marinade for the chicken was easy and tasty. I marinated it overnight and it was perfect. Will make again!!!

Delicious! Was looking for something quick and easy for my boneless skinless thighs. Subbed ground ginger and garlic powder and it was still good. Tastes just like chicken from Chinese restaurant.

What a fantastic flavor! Both the chicken cooked on the grill with the marinade and the ginger rice. I served it with a side vegetable and rolls for a mouth watering dinner.
I substituted brown Splenda rather than brown sugar (1/4 cup rather than 1/2 cup and it worked great.
This takes a bit of prep time but it well worth it.

It was tasty and quick. I used chicken breast filet and only marinated for 1 hour. The rice was exactly what I expected--rice with a slight note of ginger.

This was soooooo good. I have made it twice so far because it disappears so fast! I made it on the stovetop with at grill pan just like Sandra did on the show and it was perfect.

May I say... mine was FANTASTIC!!! I followed everything for the chicken... for the rice I added scallions, red pepper flakes and ginger... salt and some butter and cilantro cube! It was awesome and the chicken.... I'll be making this again!!

Followed directions exactly how it says. I thought the meat turned out yummy (although nothing spetacular, but the rice was completely flavorless. It lacked salt, was dry and the ginger was very weak. The meat was a good week night main dish (easy, cheap and tasty, but I would not serve it to company... it lacks that "Wow".
