This was a very easy recipe, it was not time consuming at all. It was good, not omg. Most all of the ingredients are in my fridge already minus the scallions, I added other veggies. Oh and I also used chicken breast instead. Next time, I may try to adjust the sugar intake of it, add a little bit of spice kick not to much to take away from the "terriyaki" sweet flavor. You can't base how long to cook the chicken off of a recipe, you just know when its done. Overall not bad! Try it out!!

Loved this recipe! It was quick and easy. Made it with chicken breast and cooked in a frying pan instead of the grill and it still turned out great. I only had time to marinate it for 20 minutes, but my family still loved it. It's not too sweet and none of the flavors are overwhelming- loved it!

My family and I really enjoyed the chicken! I couldn't grill it since it was very windy and rainy out and I don't have an indoor grill pan, so I baked it. It was wonderful! I bet grilling it will taste even better! Very simple, too. We did not make the rice, though so I cannot review that.

This was quick and easy, but nothing spectacular. I thought the rice lacked flavor. I guess I was expecting a lot more out of this dish after reading all the reviews. To me, it was just a basic chicken and rice dish.

Very tasty and super easy to make instead of using the thighs I defrosted a whole chicken and cut it up and cooked the whole thing the same way. My husband liked it so much there was nothing left, for the round 2 recipe. Thanks Sandra!

Even my son who is a picky eater liked this teriyaki...I did double the sugar, because I know we like a sweeter glaze, and went easy on the ginger. Had great flavor, the rice came out perfect and very fragrant. I made shish kabobs with steak and the marinade was great on that as well as for chicken. A really tasty meal.
