I liked it a lot (wish it were spicier though. I normally ruin any egg dish I make, but following actual instructions helped me out a lot. Thanks Sandra.

I really enjoyed the combination of vegetarian chili and pork sausage. Also, my husband and I belong to a fat acceptance club and we are always looking for ways to keep our weight up. This does the trick! This one will be on the menu at least three times a week. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

But was plenty certain when I tasted it. Not pleasant, but I like the idea and will try again with my own chili.

Had these for breakfast yesterday and loved them. We topped them off with chives and a little sour cream. The chili recipe itself is just amazing too. One of the best I've tried!

I used 3/4 lb of mild Itallian sausage, I had read the reviews to I drained it well, and these were not greasy at all. There were 5 of us and there was a perfect amount of chili for 5 individual 2 egg omelets. Everyone really liked them!

I made this for brunch and added avocado, both my husband and I were not too crazy about it.

We didn't use the sausage because our homemade chili had meat in it. Excellent dish. This is a keeper.

I could only eat a few bites and it sat in my stomach all day. I will never make this again.
