I do not usually like pork chops, but i decided to try something different. This recipe was really good, I couldn't get enough of them! Instead of the salsa that went with it i made 4 servings of white minute rice and added in about 1 tablespoon of garlic and herb seasoning and a little bit of soy sauce, with about 2 tablespoons of butter. The rice went really good with the pork chops and was something a little different, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try something different for supper!

This recipe great. It has low prep and cook time. The results were a happy tableful! I do wish the recipe had a few more details, but I figured out most of my questions.

I was looking for a different way to prepare pork chops. I found this recipe to be very easy and tasty. I did however, try my homemade mango salsa (coldwith this recipe. Very good. Sandra Lee is one of my favorite on the Food Network.

It was delicious and my kids even liked it. If you just put a lil bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder on one side and bbq on both sides it comes out great!

I am glad I only did this receipe with 2 pork chops. The only thing that saved this reciepe is I used some homemade bbq sauce. I only used a little seasoning salt so mines wasnt salty or dry but to me it really didnt have much of a taste. Also 4 minutes was not enough time for them to cook. I love Sandra but I would not be trying this receipe again.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that I did modify the recipe. I used chili seasoning and garlic powder (not salt. I cooked them in a skillet on the stove top, covering them loosely at the end. No BBQ sauce.
They were a real hit with my husband - very moist and flavorful. (I used bone in chops - maybe that helps He loved the salsa so much, he ate the leftover as a vegie!
I would definitely make this again.

Awesome! I saw lots of bad reviews about this recipe, but tried it anyway and just adjusted it a tiny bit. Suggest using low sodium chili spices, and garlic powder instead of salt. Stick to the times and use chops that are average thickness and it's perfect.
