Wow. This pie has a perfect balance of chocolate and coffee favors. I made it with Graham crust instead of Oreo and it was great. It is very rich so a small slice is enough.

this is easy to make and taste amazing. i made this on valentine's day. it took the 2 of us 9 days to finish it. it was so good though, we bought a couple ingredients again last night and we're making 2 today. he doesn't like corn syrup though so we used regular syrup for pancakes and i haven't bought chocolate liquor. last night though, we bought decaf instant coffee so we can let our kids try it too. i'm sure the kids will finish their dinner to get some too now.. i have to say it's definitely up their on my list of best pies i've every tasted.

This is single-handedly the best dessert I've ever made. It's very rich and a little firm, but so delicious! I put a little extra sugar in the whipped cream topping to balance it out more for my taste because the filling is very rich. I take it to parties or get togethers, and I rarely have any left to take home. Everyone loves it! I had one person say that they would be dreaming about that pie. Thanks, Sandra Lee!

**WARNING** This pie is NOT for the faint of heart! My husband & I made this together for our homemade Valentine's Day dinner. This is the most "chocolate-y" dessert I've ever made or tasted. Made exactly like the recipe, this is one recipe where less is definitely more. We made the pie the night before and let it chill in the frig over night/day and then topped it and chilled it for another couple of hours before we ate it. It does set up firm, but that's a good thing as runny or mushy would have lost the velvet creaminess of the chocolate.
It is so rich and has such an intense chocolate/coffee flavor, your chocolate cravings will forever be satisfied with only a couple of bites. Of course, you'll probably want more! ;-

I made this for the teaching staff at my children's school for their Valentine's lunch. They are still raving about it! It couldn't have been easier or more delicious. I didn't have Nutella, so I just topped it with vanilla whipped cream, and it was wonderful.

Extremely chocolatey and oh sooooo very yummy! Just what I needed to replace store bought truffle chocolates for my family this Valentine's. True, it did set up firmer than I thought it would! And I had trouble getting it out to serve, but any crust left back was used to top the slice, as I didn't have any puffed rice. Gotta make this again!!

Very good chocolate flavor. Set up firmer than I expected, but still very good. Will certainly make again.
