This was the first time I tried Rice Pudding and I really enjoyed it. I also used basmati rice because it was all I had in the pantry, used brown sugar instead of white and I also added cranberries. It was a great treat.

This is not a good recipe. It doesn't thicken as described and doesn't have enough chocolate flavor.

Decadent, creamy, lucious and delicious!!!! Marvelous new way to make/eat rice pudding. I made it following the recipe the 1st time and then added shredded coconut and coconut milk in place of one of the cups of coconut milk. I also used a little less sugar since the shredded coconut was sweetened. YUMMMMMM!!!! We love this recipe because the possibilities are endless. Next will try choocolate and peanut butter.
