Really enjoyed these! Great to make with the kids and doesn't require a lot of ingredients or baking. I'm wondering if the poor ratings were from people using cheap ingredients or not using all of them. Make sure to pulverize the crackers.

These are the most delicious, easy to make cookies ever. I bring them to work functions all the time and they are the first thing to go. The ingredients are always a little bit embarrassing to tell people (yes, it's a stick of butter and frosting, so just keep that under your hat. You will love these!

For being no bake cookies these turned out pretty good. I made 1 batch by the recipe, Then! I improvised on the 2nd batch. I added 1/2 cup of marshmallow cream and swirled it into the mix. And instead of rolling in almonds i rolled in graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder. I topped them off with a chocolate kiss and a small broken piece of graham cracker. "Smore no bakes". It was a great base recipe to start with.. maybe next time add peanut butter and roll in peanuts? Or chopped up marchino cherries and shortbread cookie crumbs? The possibilities are endless!

My daughter and I make these every year for the holidays. It is the most requested and the one that disappears the quickest!!!!! Easy to make and a hit with our crowds!!! I have to admit when I read the ingredients I was taken back but well worth it!!!

No Offense SAndra, but these were horrid! Pretty to look at but that's the problem we don't want to just sit back and look at a cookie we want to eat it! These were un-edible. My 17 year old son and I ate the kiss and threw the rest of the"cookie" out. I will try them on my 8 year old and his friends. Maybe they will appeal to a younger crowd. Ugh, that frosting taste is gross.

I altered the recipe a little bit and sent them with my fiance to a party. He came back with nothing but rave review.
I substituted vanilla frosting for the dark chocolate, and put half the amount of graham crackers. They melted a little on the way to the party, but the boys popped them in the freezer for a little bit, then enjoyed them immensely :. I plan on making the dark chocolate version for a bridal shower coming up.

I have not made these, nor will I because just reading the ingredients tells me these would be disgusting! Make the real thing instead. They are not that hard and taste MUCH better than these "frosting blobs" would!

These cookies were almost inedible, even though I substituted coffee for the almond extract to take away from the frosting and cookie crumb flavor. No-bake is a bad idea. We threw away the whole pan.
