Made these for cinco de mayo party. They were very easy and fast to make. Everyone loved them. Substitued the the cheese with mexican cheese fix. Will make them again great for any party.

these are great. i used beef chorizo. use the most expensive brand with the least fat, then drain the grease before you add the cheese and salsa. baking them in the oven is genius, that way they aren't fried, but are crispy. usually i am not impressed with sandra lee, but this recipe is excellent.

I haven't made this yet. I was looking at the reviews. As for the chorizo THERE IS BEEF chorizo, right next to the PORK. Sandra got the memo, but I guess wiernerman_5239785 didn't get the memo. I have the beef right in my fridge now.

I made these for my hubby, he loved them. Fast and easy. My taquitos weren't very greasy at all. Will do these often.

You can actually get Chorizo in either Beef or Pork. I prefer the recipe using pork chorizo, but the catch is, make sure it's high quality chorizo or you'll just end up with a greasy tasteless mess. Otherwise, this is an awesome recipe!

This is a great fast meal that takes less than 15 minutes to make. It is so easy and nice. Mexican at home. The kids liked it too.

I was stunned at how bland these were. They were greasy, tasteless and just awful. BTW, don't kill yourself over finding "beef chorizo" like the recipe calls for. It doesn't exist. Chorizo is only made with pork. Guess Sandra didn't get that memo.
