This recipe is easy to make and taste good but you have to eat it quickly. After a few minutes out of the oven the rolls get very dry and hard. Not very good as left overs even if you re-heat them.

The only thing I did different in this recipe was to use instant latte mix instead of instead coffee. Everyone loved the rolls and I don't think they'll ever eat a normal cinnamon roll again!

I made these three times - the cinnamon roll itself is not tender enough for me. However, the icing gets rave reviews - nobody even cares that the cinn. roll is hard!
