Add ingredients, except club soda, to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake several times and pour into a chilled high-ball glass. Top with club soda and serve with a sprig of mint to garnish

I made it last Memorial weekend, and I'm making it again. I didn't use mint last time, but I'm thinking of trying it.
The club soda cuts down on the sweetness and it's so refreshing. It was such a hit last year, my husband had to run out and get more rum during our party :
