I only made the cake. I doubled the amount of coffee. Still no flavor.

I'm a little disappointed that every time I try to look up a cake recipe on from Food Network it involves box cake mix. That's not cooking, and it's certainly cutting the quality of the food to do things this way.

When cooking is complete...cool cake by turning the bundt type pan upside down "fitting" it onto a small necked bottle...it will just hover on it...this allows for even cooling and to help the cake keep its nice angel food cake texture!!!

is a lovely flavoring for a cake. I would add more espresso for a more flavor. Orange is a good flavor for a topping with mocha, but I think I'd serve this with chocolate meringue cookies and/or berry sauce (strawberry or raspberry.

Please advise Ms. Lee that the correct pronunciation of the style of coffee she used is "ES-PRESSO", not 'expresso'.

Very easy to make, but not much taste. I give it only 2 stars

Me and my friends made this last night and boy did that expresso pack a powerful punch. LOL. It kept us up for hours! I didn't have any oranges so I couldn't do the zest like on the photo or on her show, so I deforsted some blueberries and used those instead. I didn't have any problems at all getting it out of my bunt cake pan.... so I think this recipe is right.
