My buddy didn't like it much, but he's not very experienced with different culinary delights. I think his mom served him mac n cheese too much as a kid. He won't even put ketchup on a burger :

gritty and bitter are not great combinations for such a special cut of beef. Brew your coffee and serve it with a homeade dessert instead of wasting it on this recipe.
