This was very very good, I used a little more carrots and cabbage and slow cook on high for about 5 hours, as I didn't get it in slow cooker until about 11:00 a.m. but turned out perfect and very YUM
Very healthy as well as I did not add any salt or any other seasoning
    Love Love slow cooker recipes

Very good! I didn't change a thing! My husband claimed he wasn't a fan of cabbage before he tried this recipe! He loved it! It was very easy to make! I put it all together in the morning and my family and I went to our home team's Notre Dame football game and by the time we got back the whole house smelled delicious of the Irish meal! It was warm and inviting! Invited some friends over to join us and needless to say there were no leftovers! Thanks Sandra! This will be a go to comfort food recipe!

Easy and delicious. Leftovers, if there are any, make a terrific cornrd beef hash!

I made this for St.Pat's Day. Everyone liked it. The Cornbeef came out Great! I just changed one thing with the potatoes. I added Fresh Dill instead of the Parsley.

This is THE best and easiest corned beef &cabbage recipe. We loved it! You absolutely have to have the apple juice as it gives the cabbage a distinct flavor. This will be my go-to recipe for this from now on. Fantastic!

This will be my "go to" corned beef recipe. The apple juice makes a subtle and very positive addition to the traditional recipes and cooking the potatoes apart from the meat and cabbage improves their flavor signigificantly. I quartered Yukon Gold potatoes and used additional carrots cut up in a compatible size so the carrots and potatoes could be cooked together just before serving. The garlic, parsley and butter also added great new flavors. The crock pot was an asset in the process too, not the usual compromise to distinct flavors.

I have made this delicious dish several times in the last year and everyone raves about it. I hadn't made it in over 6 mo, but wanted to try it again before this St Patrick's Day celebration. I cooked the meat for 10 hrs on low and did not have cabbage. Once my cooking time was done, I removed the meat, carrots and onion, added the cabbage and cook on high (slow cooker for about 35 min until the cabbage was done. I also would add more carrots and onions next time, 2 carrots and one onion was definitely not enough. I sliced the onion rather than chop. I made garlic mashed potatoes instead of having the boiled potatoes. My granddaughter who doesn't normally eat meat couldn't get enough.

This was the best!!! I did include the potatoes to make a one pot, not home all day meal. It was great! I want to make it as directed too with the herb buttered potatoes...next time. Thanks Sandra :-
