Even my son, who doesn't like sweet potatoes or marshmallows, liked this. Very easy to make. Everyone enjoyed it. We didn't transfer it to a dish. Served it out of the skillet.

Saw this and with 14 for thanksgiving, have to try this stove top creation. I will be roasting the potatoes the night before and put together the day of. The grandkids will love, love, love this! I have and ancient white pyrex dish that can be used on the stove top for a great presentation.

I saw Sandra Lee and Aaron McCargo Jr create this beautiful dish for the a FN Thanksgiving episode. I'm really excited to try this. I'm in charge of the sweet potatos for my mother in laws. Now the question. How would you serve this???

At the end of the episode, they kept it in the skillet on the stovetop. How would you transfer to a dish?
