I couldn't wait to try this recipe after watching the show. I made it exactly to recipe, except I had no cucumber. It is so good, my family loves it. The pancakes do take a while to make but just smelling the aromas of it cooking, no one could wait to try it.

I made this for dinner the day after I watched the show. After seeing it I couldn't wait til after Thanksgiving. It was amazing, my family loved it. I used a roasted chicken that I picked up from the grocery store and added some garlic and red pepper to the sauce for some heat. I also added some sliced red onions because the sauce is very sweet. But my husband did ask me to make it again so I know this will be something I cook again and again.

Made this tonight (minus the turkey leftovers I made it with chicken and pork. Worked great! The cranberry/hoisin sauce and scallion mixture was a great flavor combination. The Scallion pancakes were a little labor intensive but once I figured out that you could flatten them during cooking once flipped they worked great.
