I didn't realize it said chive cream cheese, so I used regular cream cheese and added finely chopped onions. I didn't have white wine, so ommitted that, but, I added a good amount of horseradish and that really made a difference to enhance the flavor. I, too, sauteed my shrimp, because I had frozen raw shrimp in the freezer. It makes it taste better, and I added the pan drippings too. Everyone liked this. Next time, I wouldn't put it in a shallow dish, but leave it thicker and I think it would taste better.

This was a great recipe! I always add a little extra shrimp /crabmeat to give a little more flavor, and this was by far the best i've made. I didnt have the dill or white wine and it still tasted great.

Consistency was good as a dip or topping, but the flavor was lacking. Not an impressive crowdpleaser. It might however work for a personal day to day snack.

This was a hit - the dill makes it so flavorful. I didn't use the crab but I had 1 lb. of shrimp that I sauteed and chopped for this and it worked wonderfully.

I'm a beginner to cooking. Thought this recipe is something I could handle and it's really turned out to be a hit. Took it to hunting camp the first time I made it and the guys devoured it. Has become a family favorite and I'm bringing it to a New Years Eve party tonight.

The first time I made this, I didn't realize I had to bake it. I just combine all the ingredients except the crab and shrimp in a food processor and then fold in the seafood. Served cold with crackers, people go nuts for it. I've been known to make it and eat it out of the bowl with a spoon.

Every time I make this dip and take it to a party - it is devoured! Everyone loves it! Every host/hostess asks me for the recipe. In fact I've taken this dip to parties twice in the last month, and I'm about to e-mail the recipe to both hostesses!

I watched the show and thought it would be delicious, I love crab and shrimp.
I made it exactly as shown and no one liked it, especially the taste of the worchestershir sauce. Maybe if I had left it out it would have been better, but it is to expensive to try again

I tripled the recipe for a large crowd, then divided into thirds to put in regular baking dishs. I wasn't sure if that amount would do well all together so I didn't take a chance and used three dishes to bake. It was the hit of the party.

I came across this recipe last Christmas for our get together before dinner. It is the easiest recipe to fix. My entire family LOVES it! My mother-in-law even asked for the recipe. It's quick and a crowd pleaser. I originally made it with lump crabmeat and then tried the imitation crab the next time. I found the imitation meat to be too sweet and gave it an entirely different flavor. I like the lump crabmeat the best. I've made it so many times, I don't even need the recipe. Enjoy!
