Okay, I made this for my Semi-Edible blog and couldn't eat more than two bites. I have never had a problem eating her food (despite how semi-edible it was, but this was bad. The crab is plain and then topped with sour cream....bland. The "mango salsa" is a fruit cup! Then you put the salsa on shredded lettuce?!? ridiculous.

I served this in cute little martini glasses at a holiday party and it was a big hit! Highly recommend!
