    Diluting the soup with all that cream took away any taste it once had. The end product wasn't nearly as good as the canned soup it started out as!!

    this was very easy to make and it took little time at all. however, i had to add a lot more lemon juice and a lot of salt and cayenne pepper. it helped a little, but still lacked the taste of crab. next time i'm going to try with lessening the amount of milk. maybe that'll work.

    This appetizer is great during spring or summer. It's so versatile, one can make so many innovations with it. For example, one can add olives, herbs, ketchup, hard boiled egg yolks, etc. The mixture is also great for spreading on crackers. This recipe is very fast and easy to make. Enjoy!

    Since my friends already know I'm a great chef, I served this soup at a dinner party, and no one knew it was semi store bought. Who has time to make your own seafood stock now days. (I did add some of my own ingredients to it as well.

    The additions didn't really improve the flavor. I start with a good soup though. But next time I'll leave eat it as it is.
