very seafood flavored : I guess it would have to be huh. I couldn't taste the fact that it was canned, but then again, I've never made a bisque from scratch before and have no inclination to do so. Especially after tasting this!

Drinking a bowl of cream with crabmeat in it. This was not a good soup.

Thanks to a suggestion from another reviewer, I checked this menu with my doctor and he approved it as a well-rounded meal. Who needs vegetables when you have extra cream in your soup? My doctor is a cardiologist so he knows his stuff.

The cost of three cans crabmeat, three cans already prepared bisque and the heavy cream is $30.00. At that cost, I'd save the effort and shop my local gourmet food store to buy freshly made for much less; saving both money and cook time. Top with a bit of sour cream and fresh parsley and voila! Semi-homemade at half the cost.

This recipe costs a lot of money to make. Becasue of that you expect it to be good and it wasn't. It was really disappointing.

Really lacked flavor. Seemed thin and flavorless.

I eat soup and salad for dinner often, but with this you don't even need the salad. It's very filling with the addition of the crab meat and cream. Crabby Bisque Stew is how I think of it. Delish!
