    I just made this for a tapas party and everyone loved it.
    I made a second batch that I liked even better with the cherry tomatoes roasted. They were even sweeter and less messy to eat.
    I also made my own herbed cheese... thanks to Costco's great deal on goat cheese, I just added fresh herbs and garlic along with a bit of onion and chive cream cheese and it turned out great. It made tiwce as much cheese for half the price and tasted just as good.
    I'll make this again.

    A friend of ours made this for a holiday party - it was so delicious - looking forward to making this appetizer for the Super Bowl !
