The roast was unspeakably bad. Salty and gritty with the most awful dark, burned taste. I very much regretted using this recipe.

Goodness Me!! This was by far the saltiest meat I have ever tasted. I ended up boiling it in water for an hour in an attempt to save it, but still we threw almost all of it away.
