    Did anyone notice sandra using Emeril's "BAM" and then saying how Emeril has nothing on her?
    I tried the dressing and it was salty. The dressing was very salty and I've never used canned soup in dressing anyway. I'd love to see Sandra on Iron Chef America!

    I made the sourdough dressing by itself last Thanksgiving for my family, and it was a hit!! Everyone liked it so much that I am going to have to triple the receipe for this year.

    This is outstanding in every way: presentation, flavor and ease of serving! Be sure the have the butcher trim & tie the roast for you. I will definitely make this again.
