    We used this recipe with cuban bread and like it alot! An added touch would be to add jalepeno peppers or banana peppers in exchange for the pickles.

    Yum! And i love the fact that she prices it out on the show, that way i know what i'm going to spend ahead of time. some recipes can get pretty pricey!

    I used leftovers from some thick chops I made using Sandra's Italian Baked Pork Chops recipe the other night (which was in one of her recipe box collections. This was a great way to turn one meal into two and was very delicious!

    my mother can make a cuban sandwich w/ plantains that will kick the A$$ out of every wannabe cuban chef on this channel. & this is coming from an actual cuban. nice try, sandra.

    You should use Cuban bread or Italian bread if not I guess the Bagguette.
