Fast, delicious. Sometimes I add a small amount of chopped red onion or green onions. Many compliments and requests for recipe.

What a hit! We had lots of tomatoes and limes from our yard and this was the perfect way to use them both. Made a big batch with a little adjusting and took to a party. My bowl was emptied first! This will be my 'go-to' for summer parties from now on! Yummy.

Cucumbers and Avocados just don't seem to compliment each other - in my opinion - don't like the textures together.

Simple salad to make with good fresh flavor. Great accompaniment to a heavier dinner. I would recommend using a high grade tequila such as Patron as it is a forefront in the dressing.

I added cider vinegar instead of Tequila, and some other spices. But what else could I have used. It needed more spice?

I just made this for dinner tonight and I thought it was a nice side dish. I followed the receipe but I did add a liitle more of the dressing and salt and pepper. I would definetly make again!

I just made this using the ingredients from this recipe. It was very bland, so I added some white balsamic vinegar, lemon pepper, garlic salt, hot sauce, crushed red pepper, and some onion powder. It didn't take much of these added ingredients to make it much tastier! I'm serving it tonight when my husband gets home.
