I read first the comments here before deciding whether I'll try out. Seems that most comments though are rubbish and very personal in nature. So I just read the recipe and seems nothing is wrong with it. In fact it looks really delicious!

I've been researching for egg recipes online and stumbled to some not-so-bads, but this Deviled eggs is not your average. Keep it up!

Btw, here's my favorite find, thought of sharing it to you too. Angelic eggs and Deviled eggs too at KaTom - http://www.katom.com/blog/of-interest/265/angelic-eggs ..

I absolutely love this recipe. It is a classic and always serve it at parties. I do add some caviar (you can buy them at the grocery store for about $3 and dill on top before serving to make it look even more colorful and appetizing. The salty taste of the caviar is a great complement to the tangy taste of relish and mustard.

This recipe was my first attempt at making deviled eggs. It was so easy! I got a ton of compliments at dinner. They filling was creamy in texture with a slight sweet taste. If you like a little spice, you can add a dash of cayenne pepper.
