I loved it! When I was watching her make this on her show I thought it looked a little questionable, but I tried it and I'm so happy I did! It's great!

This is much better made with Canadian Bacon, and you ALWAYS should put the poached eggs on a towel to drain thoroughly, otherwise it makes everything soggy and unappetizing. It's a No-Brainer....I thought everyone knew that.

I'm confused as to why there are so many bad reviews. Maybe I'm just a Sandra Lee groupie! I opted to go with the english muffin and canadian bacon the first time around. I think the key is to use Knorr Bernaisse sauce- it's the best. The breakfast was awesome and a very beautiful dish. I plated two eggs benedit, country style potatoes, and fresh cantelope & pineapple. Your family will deem you a domestic goddess!

First of all, tarragon makes it Bearnaise, not Hollandaise. Second, blender Hollandaise is just as easy as the mix (yuk!. The only element of the real dish here is the poached eggs. Sorry, really awful.

I've only made my own hollandaisse in the past. This is the first time I've tried it from a packet. The taste was actually better! It had more flavor. I will be making it the traditional way for my husband still because he likes it, but when I'm cooking for me this Knorr sauce will be my choice! I liked the croissant and the addition of the spice too. All around goodness.
