    I didn't use the relish because I don't like it. I thought this was a quick and simple recipe. I rinsed the potatoes in cold water and drained and chilled while I was putting the other ingredients together. I've made it serveral times and it's wonderful especially for 2.

    even though I usually make homemade. Not bad, but I wouldn't make again. First time I tried canned potatoes and won't again.

    Great recipe... you CANNOT tell that the potatos are from a can! I din't put the hard boiled egg in either... for time sake. Will make this recipe again!

    I never had canned potatoes before and I don't think I ever will again! They had a funny flavor...very unnatural. The premise of this is good but I'll switch real potatoes for the canned next time.....they really don't take that long to cook!

    I loved this recipe. It was easy to follow and quick to prepare. It tasted just like the salad my mom used to make! Brought me back to my childhood, if only for a moment.

    Not enough mayo. Not enough relish. Too much scallion. To much mustard. Needed more seasoning. Canned potatoes tasted metallic and disintegrated when you mix with the other ingredients. Hands down the most awful potato salad I've ever tasted.
