But if you don't like them just boil some. It's not hard. : When I use fresh potatos in my salad I boil them with the skins on and then peel the skins off later. I find that easier.

If you don't like canned potatoes it's easy to just use fresh. This is a semi-homemade show so it uses jarred and canned ingredients.
