    everything about this is yummy! Hollandaisse sauce would be good to use with the recipe too. I loved her cheese sauce though. It was delish. I added chunks of Canadian bacon to my eggs. This was so good. Thanks so much!

    Seems so. My husband and I didn't like the sauce that much and also agree that it isn't a particularly elegant way to serve eggs. We'll take the scambled eggs on a platter over this, LOL!

    The eggs and sauce tasted great, and this was a pretty presentation. Much prettier than dumping a mound of scrambled eggs on a plate. Loved this idea. My whole family did.

    Absolutely delish. I loved the sauce and the idea to put the scrambled eggs in to pastry shells. I don't agree with that last review. If this were her best recipe it would be saying a lot in my opinion.

    I made this as a side for an elegant dinner party since I had eggs that I needed to use and they were good. It is also a elegant way to serve scrambled eggs. They look nice sitting on a side plate.
