Sooo good! I took the other raters advice and brought it to a boil first THEN stirred it for 10 minutes... it set up fine and actually already started as I was pouring it! I did use mini marshmallows and choc chips so they would melt faster. I used 4 cups of mini marshmallows, def took a lot of stirring but it did all melt and came out great! Passing this out for Christmas!

I can't imagine anyone saying this is not a good fudge. It's one of the best I have ever made. Follow the directions and it is simple and delicious.

Fabulous fudge...extra work but well worth it. Just a little insight, 4 cups of minature marshmallows is equivalent to 30 large marshmallows. I have made the fudge using either measurement and has always come out perfect. In addition, once the mixture comes to a rolling boil, I continue to cook and stir on medium heat for 10 full minutes. I also use 1 cup of the toffee bits instead of 3/4 cup. This fudge gets rave reviews from co-workers, family and neighbors. Thank you Sandra for this wonderful recipe.

Hello Foodnetwork Nation! Fist time rating a recipe...better late than never. I followed the instructions from dear Sandra exactly and the fudge turned out PERFECT! I did cook the sugar mixture at a boil for the full 10 minutes while stirring, although I would turn the heat down a pinch as it boiled more rapidly. Once I put in the chocolate and mallows it did seem like it would never blend together...I made it through with a little elbow grease (be persistant and it is lucious and sweet. Simple and quick fudge that looks and tastes gourmet. Shot, Score Sandra!

If you drink coffee you will love this fudge! I modified the recipe slightly: only 1 tablespoon of espresso powder and I used a 7 oz jar of marshmellow cream which I had on hand instead of buying marshmellows. It was delicious and everyone wanted the recipe. Thanks Sandra!

I've made two pans of this already and will be pouring another batch into tins tomorrow. Excellent present, and very easy to make! The only changes I made was actually buttering the pan, and since I did not have any espresso powder on hand I used some Starbucks flavored instant coffee mixes. I've tried it with the cinnamon and with caramel, and both taste great and my friends love it. Definitely recommend this recipe.

I have made these 3 times now, and they are great! I actually didn't use the expresso but instead I just used a dark instant coffee. It does require a good amount of stirring but it's worth it! : Another thing I've done is cut this recipe in half and let it set while I make a half batch of peanut butter fudge and put that on top!
