Great, flavorful dish! It's easy to make. Although, I generally just go with an over-easy egg instead of the poached egg.

Something about carrots and celery in the hash. Not so great. Not a keeper.

This is a great, quick meal for a hurried night and makes a good breakfast too. The eggs add an extra layer of flavor. I use turkey sausage rather than pork, but otherwise follow the recipe.

My husband cooked this for breakfast today. It was very tasty! I put extra black pepper on my serving which it did not need. I saw the chopper at BB&B for 19.99.

This recipe is delicious. My wife and I made it this morning with some honey spice bacon on the side and mmm it was good. We had a little trouble poaching the eggs so we ended up making a couple sunny side up instead. Either way I will be making this one for breakfast again for sure. Great for those who may have a large crowd in for breakfast! My dogs even gave it two paws up! lol They gotta eat too ya know!

I have been looking for the same item. I believe I found it, Vidalia Chop Wizard, you can order it online or Target sells them in the store ($19.99. There is a similar item on amazon for approx. $30.00. The Vidalia Chop Wizard has 2 green blades and the item on amazon which is made by "Progressive" has a green blade along with 2 other colored blades.

I've seen it advertised on TV as an info-mercial - it looks neat and idea for chopping and all. You could probably find it at a Bed, Bath and Beyond or some simular store. There is a vegatable chopper, simular to the one she used, on Amazon for around $13.00.
