I like this recipe. My kids found it a little to spicy which is no surpirse. My wife didn't mind it. The only complaint I had is I didnt feel like it was a burger. Hard to explain, it had a lot of flavor just didn't make me feel as if it was a burger.

My husband loves to watch Sandra and made these for us when it first aired WAY back . Now this has become his Entertaining Dish along with the fries and beans. Company raves!
The flavors are great with just the right spicyness, even the grandkids love'em.

I love chipotle so I used a lot of chipotle peppers in the mayonnaise, which masked a lot of the overprocessed seasoning packet taste. I didn't like the texture of the burgers and really like a pretty plain meat patty. But my sister liked it. For more of a review check out my blog: http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/

normally I dont even like hamburgers, but I made these and they are better than any I've ever eaten. I didnt add the beer but they were still moist and full of flavor. I was also skeptical about the heat with the chipotle in there but the heat was just right.

My family loved these burgers. They especially enjoyed the spicey flavors and the mayo. topping. We will enjoy these year around.

I've already made this recipe several times for my family with everyone fighting for the leftovers after we've all stuffed our faces. We actually made these into little bite-sized burgers and used dinner rolls as the buns. I left out the beer and they still turned out great. Will definitely make again and again!

Probably the best burger I have ever made. I used Guinness Beer as that I had on hand.
