The flavor of these burgers was just out of this world. The only thing we did different was put in a splash of beer instead of the full amount. My husband cooked them on the grill and they were awesome! I used Miracle Whip Lite in place of the mayonnaise for the Chipotle Mayonnaise recipe. I will definitely make these again!

If you want to try some really awesome burgers, try some of Rachael Ray's recipes for burgers. She has many of them. I haven't tried one yet that hasn't wowed me. They are all great.

These are awesome Sandra!! My family and I love them! I had a huge family reunion over the summer and grilled these burgers; I had compliments from everyone one!! I?ll definitely keep making these!! I had to laugh at the comments that they were too spicy, I guess the name ?Fiery Tex-Mex Chipotle Cheeseburgers? doesn?t give it away that their spicy!! Hahaha!

Seriously, this burger is delicious. I've made these for all my friends, and even on vacation when visiting family. If you like heat they are DELISH!

These were excellent. I followed the recipe exactly. Wierd thing is I am not a fan of mayo or avacado, but I put both on these burgers and they were DELICIOUS!!

These were great and very easy to make. we loved the chipotle flavor. i served them for a group of people and had none left. i did not use the beer. i didn't think the little ones would like the flavor.

These burgers were very good. I thought the avacado was very complimentary to the flavor of the chipotle peppers. It's a nice new spin to the average burger. Everyone loved them, and I will definitely make them again soon!

This recipe was a gem. It is hard to get my husband to eat anything other than chicken tenders and pizza. He loved these burgers. We even melted the pepper jack cheese on top of some jalapeno peppers for an extra kick. We loved them and they were so easy!
