I love a little bit of spice and I love burgers so this was just perfect for me. You can also try turkey burgers.

These are the best burgers! I did not use the beer. I used only the chipotle peppers and chili seasoning. I add a piece of hot pepper cheese for even more spice. I have eaten one a day for 2 weeks. AWESOME burgers! Thank you, Sandra!

Very good, except we substituted the spicey mayo for a BBG sauce, and we also topped burger with bacon... Delicious

I personally love the beer and spicey taste in my burger. I made mine on the Foreman grill, and it came out perfect. Excellent w/ the avocados too.

I couldn't find the chipotle chili's in my grocery store, so I substituted chipotle salsa instead. It worked out great. Plus, I got to adjust the heat level, extra spicy for me. Get the good deli pepper-jack. These were excellent!

I was afraid of the burgers being too spicy, but they were't! My husband loved them, but I thought that they could have used a little seasoning salt to add a little more flavor to the inside. Overall great!

I have made this three times and the grits more than that. For the grits I have a hard time finding the cheese ball so I just use Velveeta and more garlic and it is so good. I love to just eat it by it's self.
