I guess they aren't used to such haute cuisine. I would rate it 6 stars because it's SO much better than anything you'd get at a fancy-dancy restaurant but my hubby and kids outnumber me so I guess it's just a 1 star for us. :

the halibut worked great but if you like a less fishy taste you could use orange roughy too. Loved the crust! The tarter sauce was to love too!

But the addition of the tartar sauce and horrid chips ruined the meal. What a waste of time when frozen is so much easier and better.

My kids absolutely hated these fish sticks. My husband and I sort of liked them, though. Perhaps better for adult tastes.

Three failures here. The fish was a total reject by kids and adults alike. They hated both the taste and the coating. The fries desperately needed salt. Kids didn't like them and I had to make another batch. The tartar sauce was another complete failure. Didn't taste anything like the tartar sauce we are accustomed to (though that didn't matter much since I threw the fish away. I'd call this a DISASTER of a meal.
