The sauce was yummy - but would be better on a seasoned grilled chicken breast. The risotto - - well, since I couldn't find ANYTHING remotely similar to this at my store, I bought a garden vegetable rice package which was just one of those open-and-heat things. It was pretty tasteless. I'm sure the Risotto would be much better, so next time I'll see about making it from scratch myself. Let's face it - I'm not a big fish eater, but have been looking for recipes which we might enjoy to get more fish into our diet. Wild-caught fish is very hard to find here, even in frozen food (we're in the middle of the country in the desert and I'm just picky enough that I don't bother buying farm-raised anything.

I liked it but i would suggest using fresh vs. frozen flounder. my husband didn't like the risotto bc he thought it was rice and he said it was hard. i might suggest using a veggie flavored rice instead since they are similar. but the red pepper cream sauce was very good.

The sauce is horrible -- salty and metallic tasting. Very artificial looking and tasting.

The flounder cooked up to flaky perfection and the red pepper cream was rich and delish. The asparagus risotto came out great to and was a great side for the fish and sauce. It's a keeper!

This is much better than I anticipated when I first read the ingrediments. I also made it with Roughy and with Tilapia. It's a good basic recipe for mild fish

The sauce was terrible. It had a nasty jarred taste. The rice was bad, too. Very, very salty.
